| NHSA LOAN PRODUCTS—NON-RECOURSE NHSA has developed a variety of first mortgage (non-recourse) loan products for NeighborWorks® organizations and their lender partners, enabling them to provide local loan programs that are responsive to the needs of low- and moderate-income borrowers. Learn More about Non-Recourse Loans Some first mortgage loan products are accessible online through NHSA's suite of Web-based technology tools. These Web-based tools enable NeighborWorks organizations to compete with the products and processing times of higher cost lenders. NHSA purchases, with recourse, loans that a NeighborWorks organization underwrites and funds with rates and terms set to meet the ability of the borrower to repay.
